Endometriosis

The Resurge Press of the Fertility
Institute of the Mid-South, Memphis, Tennessee sponsors
research and education in endometriosis, infertility and reproductive surgery.
The Fertility Institute and
Dr. Dan Martin published a series of
endometriosis slides and atlases from 1988 to 1991 . These are published on the
web with links to slides formatted for Power Point at:

Endometriosis.org
is the global platform for the latest
news on endometriosis. It
provides up to date information on
research into the
disease, the latest evidence based
treatment options, and
an archive of articles
by women with endometriosis who share their knowledge on how to cope with this
disease. Endometriosis.org facilitates collaboration and
information sharing between women with endometriosis (and their relatives),
clinicians, scientists, and researchers to deliver the most up to date
information about the disease that we have. It also has links to every national
support group in the
world.
A
lot has happened since the 8th World Congress in San Diego in 2002. New
treatments have been developed, new drugs are in the pipeline, and non-invasive
diagnostic tests are on the horizon. Come to Maastricht and learn about these
fascinating developments at the
9th World Congress on Endometriosis. It will be a congress of active
participation, lively debate, animated discussion, with – in the lecture halls,
at the poster boards and in the corridors – a wealth of new ideas, future
trends, and interesting clinical progress. It will be the place where everyone
involved in endometriosis will meet: patients, doctors, nurses, counselors, and
scientists.
The
e-Journal of the World Endometriosis
Society serves as a vehicle of communication in the intervals between WES
conferences. Members are encouraged to comment and discuss any topics related to
endometriosis via the Discussion link. News about forthcoming meetings, moves or
new appointments (anything you want other members to know about!) can be sent
for inclusion in the e-Journal to the address below. Please remember that the
e-Journal is published quarterly so we need information well in advance.
